Philip I is the Official Mascot (By Presidential Decree) of The Central Utah Filmmakers Association. He has appeared in several C.U.F.A. films, including the Sky Pirates films and Phil to the Rescue. Phil is also the star of the 4-H original variety show "Phil & Friends."
